Slavianski Bazaar underway in Vitebsk

The annual Slavianski Bazaar, which takes place in Vitebsk (Belarus) is well underway.

Starting last week, a host of stars from the Eurovision Song Contest gave a special performance on Friday evening. These were: Sirusho, Pirates of the Sea, Boaz, Mor Ve Otesi, Ani Lorak, and Ruslan Alehno from this year's contest; Koldun from 2007; and Kostas Martakis from the Greek national final this year.

Russia's winning artist Dima Bilan was also involved in the performance.

Tomorrow evening, the winner of the contest back in 2004, Ruslana, will be performing in a special event called ''Ukraine Presents...''. She of course won the contest when it was held in Turkey. Entering in the ''International Pop Song Performers Contest'' is Miks, singing for Latvia, who tried to represent his country at this year's Eurovision as part of the rock band 'Репt In Dreams’, and also Lejla Hot, who participated in Beovizija 2005.
